Ingredients

  • 100g tinned tomatoes 
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 gluten free beef stock cube
  • ½ small onion chopped
  • ½ stick of celery, chopped
  • Fresh Basil & pepper to taste

Method

  1. Dissolve beef stock cubes in water.
  2. Add tomatoes, onion and celery into the stock and simmer until vegetables are well cooked.
  3. Puree in blender until smooth.
