Ingredients
- 1 small wholemeal pita bread
- 1 tbsp of bottled pizza sauce
- 1 slice of shaved ham
- 1 medium mushroom, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, sliced tomato
- 1/2 small onion, sliced
- 30 g of reduced fat cheese
Instructions
1.
Top pita bread with pizza sauce.
2.
Assemble ham, vegetables and cheese on top.
3.
Cook in pre-heated oven until cheese has melted.
4.
Serve with 2 cups of green salad.
