- Add flavourings such as decaf coffee, mint or orange essence to shakes and desserts.
- For something different, try a spoonful of decaf coffee in a Chocolate Shake to make it into a Mocha shake.
- Try adding diet toppings to meal replacement shakes. For example, mix caramel with the Vanilla Shake for a delicious new flavour.
- Chocolate dessert tip – Mix quickly with cold refrigerated water, add a small amount of chopped strawberries or mango and put back in the fridge for 1 hour for a delicious filling dessert.
